SEA/Display Specialist
The SEA & Display Specialist accelerates Bugaboo’s and Joolz’s digital growth by leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search and display campaigns across global markets. This role combines analytical rigor with creative precision to deliver high-performing, on-brand advertising that drives visibility, engagement, and conversion throughout the customer journey. Operating within the groups digital ecosystem and brand framework, you leverage data insights to continuously refine performance, maximize ROI, and translate marketing investment into measurable business impact.
The SEA & Display Specialist will be part of the Performance Marketing team and report to the Performance Marketing Lead.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute SEA and display strategies: design, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across search and display channels to achieve traffic, conversion, and revenue targets
Optimise campaign performance: monitor, analyse, and adjust campaigns based on KPIs, audience behaviour, and market trends to maximise ROI and efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally: align with brand, eCommerce, CRM, and analytics teams to ensure paid campaigns are fully integrated into the broader digital ecosystem.
Reporting and insights: deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the Performance Marketing Manager and wider Digital team to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
Drive innovation and testing: identify and pilot new ad formats, audience strategies, and automation opportunities to enhance effectiveness of SEA and display efforts.
Manage budgets and forecasting: ensure accurate budget allocation, pacing, and performance reporting across campaigns and markets.
What you will bring to the table
You have at least 3–5 years of experience in SEA and/or Display advertising and are comfortable managing campaigns across Google Ads and programmatic platforms.
You are highly analytical and data-driven, with a strong focus on performance and ROI.
You are proactive and structured, able to manage multiple markets and priorities simultaneously.
You have fluent English language skills as Bugaboo is an international company.
You relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people and gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticity.
You are used to working independently and know how to apply your business knowledge to advance the organisation’s goals. You consistently achieve results and know how to build strong stakeholder relationships while delivering customer-centric solutions.
