The Digital UX/UI Designer plays a critical role in delivering exceptional digital experiences that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals. This position is responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing interfaces while ensuring seamless functionality across digital touchpoints. By aligning user needs with business objectives, the role contributes to creating a superior digital customer experience that strengthens the brand’s market presence. The designer will work closely with the Head of CX development, Product Owners and CRO team to implement new features informed by user research and A/B test results.
Key responsibilities
Accountable for designing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively balance customer needs with business objectives.
Responsible for conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Accountable for delivering high-quality UI designs aligned with brand guidelines.
Responsible for designing scalable and responsive interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
Supporting cross-functional teams, including PO’s and Developers to ensure seamless project execution.
Responsible for presenting design solutions to stakeholders and incorporating feedback.
Collaborating with the CRO team to leverage insights from user research and A/B test results to refine features and improve usability.
Collaborates with Brand/CPMO creative teams to ensure UI design aligns with brand identity while maintaining usability and platform best practices.
Accountable for contributing to and maintaining the design system to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
Supporting in standardizing components and design patterns.
Responsible for staying updated on emerging design trends and technologies to enhance user experience.
Supporting developers by ensuring that designs are feasible and optimized for implementation.
Supporting post-launch analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
Collaborating with the CRO team to continuously optimize designs based on A/B test outcomes.
Required skills & knowledge
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Axure).
Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and user research methodologies.
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
Familiar with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
Experience in interpreting A/B test results and incorporating findings into designs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
