As a Paid Media Intern, your aim is to support the HQ Paid Media team in bringing both the Bugaboo and Joolz brands to life across our paid channels (Google Ads, Paid Social and Display), helping to drive awareness, engagement and sales across our e-commerce platforms.

You will be part of the wider Digital team, specifically within Performance Marketing, working closely with internal stakeholders to support campaign execution, optimisation and reporting.

What will you do?

• Support the team's day-to-day activities and get involved in new product launches, seasonal and global campaigns;

• Collaborate with the Paid Social Specialists and SEA and Display Specialists in setting up, optimizing and managing our paid media campaigns in Paid Search (Google Ads), Paid Social (Facebook Business Manager) and Display;

• Set up, run, and analyze A/B tests across Paid Media channels;

• Monitor and optimize performance of campaigns, generating simple reporting and performance analysis;

• Conducting analysis on keywords, creative assets, and audiences;

• Support communication with the local market teams, joining meetings regularly.

What you will bring to the table

• You are a 3rd or 4th year Higher Vocational Education (HBO), or University student and an internship is a compulsory part of your curriculum;

• You study in the field of (digital) Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Commercial Economy, Communication, or related areas; 

• You are available full time (40h per week) for 5-6 months, from March 2026 (start date is negotiable);

• You are interested in performance marketing, digital marketing, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Social Ads, Video and Display advertising);

• Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager or Google Analytics is a plus;

• Computer literacy: confident with Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams;

• You like to work as part of a team as well as independently;

• Proactive mindset, enthusiastic, with a hunger to learn;

• Strong verbal and written communication skills;

• Analytical, with the ability to interpret data/information and distill the most important insights;

• Strong eye for detail;

• You have fluent English language skills as Bugaboo is an international company.
