What will you do

Paralegal Support

• Assist in the preparation and review of contracts and legal documents.

• Conduct legal research on compliance, corporate, and privacy matters.

• Support the maintenance of corporate records.

• Help track legal deadlines and coordinate internal approvals and signature.

Legal Operations

• Support the management of legal tools and workflows (e.g., legal inbox, Jira, contract lifecycle management).

• Help maintain the legal intranet pages and document repositories (e.g., SharePoint).

• Collaborate in standardizing legal templates/ processes and building knowledge libraries.
  

What will you bring to the table

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (preferably Dutch Civil Law or European/International Law).

• Interest in in-house legal practice, compliance, and/or legal tech.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

• Comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating across teams.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with tools like DocuSign, Jira or CLM software.

• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).

You’ll leverage your expertise to protect Bugaboo’s interests and contribute to its growth.
