What will you do
Paralegal Support
Assist in the preparation and review of contracts and legal documents.
Conduct legal research on compliance, corporate, and privacy matters.
Support the maintenance of corporate records.
Help track legal deadlines and coordinate internal approvals and signature.
Legal Operations
Support the management of legal tools and workflows (e.g., legal inbox, Jira, contract lifecycle management).
Help maintain the legal intranet pages and document repositories (e.g., SharePoint).
Collaborate in standardizing legal templates/ processes and building knowledge libraries.
What will you bring to the table
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (preferably Dutch Civil Law or European/International Law).
Interest in in-house legal practice, compliance, and/or legal tech.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating across teams.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with tools like DocuSign, Jira or CLM software.
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
You’ll leverage your expertise to protect Bugaboo’s interests and contribute to its growth.
