As Senior Accounting Manager you will be responsible for the administration of Bugaboo International B.V. and you will report to the Manager of Accounting for the Bugaboo Group. The position is an important part of a bigger group of colleagues who work closely together on closing activities, constant improvement on processes, controls and audit.
What will you do
Responsible for the administration of Bugaboo International B.V.
Perform and document monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Ensure timely and accurate month-end close, including follow-up on open AP positions
Prepare and document accruals
Maintain the fixed assets register
Support R&D capitalization in collaboration with the Financial Controller
Provide support to finance colleagues (AP, AR, and Controlling) where needed
Prepare ICL and CBS reporting
Create and maintain vendor master data
Maintain project code master data
Help identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement in financial performance
Identify opportunities for process automation or enhancement to improve efficiency
What you will bring to the table
Educational background in finance administration.
6-7 years of relevant working experience in an international environment.
Knowledge or affinity with controls, process improvement, specially on supply chain flow.
Knowledge of financial software systems (ERP) (NetSuite is a pre.), purchase order systems. Excellent MS Excel skills.
You have fluent Dutch and English language skills.
You relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people and gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticity.
