As an IT Systems Engineer, you will be part of the global IT Infrastructure and Security team, responsible for maintaining secure, scalable, and resilient cloud and network environments. You will support Azure hosting, networking and security operations, identity services, and modernization initiatives aligning with the organization’s cloud-first strategy. Your work ensures reliable operations for global users and drives continuous improvement in IT services.
Key responsibilities
Cloud Engineering (Azure & O365)
Administer, optimize, and support Azure hosting environments, storage, networking, and identity integrations.
Support and deliver functional changes related to Azure and O365.
Perform recurring activities such as monitoring, backups, upgrades, and maintenance in Azure.
Networking (LAN/WLAN/SD-WAN/SASE)
Operate and troubleshoot enterprise network environments (routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, SASE).
Ensure secure, high-performance connectivity for offices and remote workforce.
Work closely with global teams to deliver resilient network operations.
Identity & Security
Support identity services via Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, and certificate-based authentication.
Contribute to ISO 27001 operational processes and cybersecurity initiatives.
Apply Zero-Trust principles across infrastructure operations.
Operational Support
Resolve 2nd/3rd line incidents and execute technical changes across cloud and network domains.
Maintain technical documentation, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to deliver new infrastructure capabilities.
Infrastructure Modernization & Projects
Support transformation toward cloud-native services (“less hardware, more cloud/IaaS”).
Participate in IT projects involving Azure integrations, networking upgrades, and security enhancements.
Ensure solutions meet operational excellence, cost efficiency, and SLA targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
5 years of hands-on experience in IT engineering or infrastructure roles
Strong experience with Azure (administration, operations, integrations)
Solid networking experience (routing, switching, firewalls, wireless; Cisco or similar)
Cisco CCNP or equivalent certification
AZ-104 Certification
Experience with SOC/MDR operations and cloud security tooling.
Experience with O365, Active Directory/Entra ID, Intune, and Windows Server.
Familiarity with ITIL, incident/change/problem management.
Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud(Azure), network, and security domains.
Excellent communication skills; ability to work with global teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with SD-WAN/SASE platforms.
Knowledge of virtualization (VMware), backup solutions, or NetApp storage.
Automation or scripting experience (PowerShell, CLI tools).
