Your aim as a People & Culture Business Partner is to deliver on the full range of People & Culture services for the BGB group teams.
You collaborate closely with managers and teams, leading projects to improve the People & Culture Strategy and create the right culture for a high-performing workforce that follows the Bugaboo Group Strategy.
You are part of the People & Culture team and you report to the Global People & Culture Business Partner. You work alongside with the People & Culture Operations team and the Global Compensation and Benefits Manager.
What will you do
Develop, implement, monitor and review P&C strategy, policies, processes, instruments and systems in all People domains.
Provide advice, guidance and support to management and employees on employee related matters.
Initiate, drive, execute, monitor and evaluate organizational (re)design and change processes.
Develop, implement, execute, evaluate and maintain the performance management process, procedures and tools, skills and competence management, talent reviews and succession planning.
Support management in identifying development needs and facilitate development activities (on individual, team and organizational level).
Manage and execute the annual compensation review as well as transfers and promotions throughout the year.
Participate in and lead People related projects as defined in the annual P&C Strategy, offer change and transformation support where needed.
What you will bring to the table
You have 6-8 years of relevant working experience and an Educational background in human resource management.
You have in-depth knowledge of HR practices, procedures and principles and you have a proven track record in HR, project management and organizational change on both the “hard” and “soft” side.
You’re able to understand the overall picture, while having the analytical skill to deep dive where necessary.
You have a good understanding of organization dynamics and having the ability to act effectively in a dynamic stakeholder field.
You are able to think both strategically and tactically to simplify and translate concepts into practice but at the same time be practical, and work in close connection with the departments.
You have fluent English and Dutch language skills, as Bugaboo Group is an international company.
You relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people and gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticity.
