Your aim as a People & Culture Project Coordinator is to support and drive People & Culture projects across the BGB Group, including the brands Bugaboo, Joolz and Artipoppe, with a strong focus on change and integration activities.
You work closely with the People & Culture team to coordinate, execute and monitor projects that strengthen People & Culture ways of working and support the integration of brands into one aligned HR framework.
You are part of the People & Culture team and you report to the Integrations Director / Global People & Culture Business Partner. You work closely together with People & Culture Business Partners, People & Culture Operations and other stakeholders across the organization.
What will you do
Coordinate, plan and support People & Culture integration projects across multiple People domains (e.g. harmonization of people related processes, including policies and compensations & benefits), from initiation to delivery.
Support change management and integration initiatives, ensuring alignment of People & Culture policies, and ways of working.
Work closely with the People & Culture team to translate strategic initiatives into project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively support mitigation actions processes.
Support communication, stakeholder engagement and change adoption related to integration projects.
Participate in People related projects as defined in the annual People & Culture Strategy and provide hands-on project and change support where needed.
What you will bring to the table
You have 4–6 years of relevant working experience and a background in Human Resource Management or a related field.
You bring experience in project management and change management. Experience in consulting is a pre.
You have hands-on experience working in or closely with HR teams and a good understanding of HR processes, practices and organizational dynamics.
You have an affinity with change, transformation and integration activities and enjoy working in complex, evolving environments.
You are structured, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time, while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
You are able to translate concepts into practical actions and support implementation in close collaboration with the People & Culture team and the business.
You have fluent English language skills as Bugaboo is an international company.
You relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people and gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticity.
