Purpose
Deliver secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure services across identity, cloud, and networks. You’ll strengthen our Zero‑Trust posture, modernize platforms (especially Azure/O365), and ensure resilient connectivity for global teams.
Key Working Areas
Security & Compliance
Operate and improve enterprise security controls (MFA, Conditional Access, cert‑based auth), coordinate with MDR/SOC partners, and embed ISO 27001 processes across operations
Cloud Platforms (Azure & O365)
Administer and optimize Azure hosting and O365 services; execute recurring activities (monitoring, backups, upgrades, maintenance); support functional changes from a technical perspective
Identity & Access Management
Maintain strong identity controls and policies (e.g., Entra ID), ensuring end‑to‑end access control and user experience
Service Management (ITIL)
Own 2nd/3rd‑line incidents and changes; drive problem management and documentation quality; act as main technical contact for the user community.
Infrastructure Modernization & Cost Optimization
Champion “less hardware, more cloud/IaaS,” optimizing licensing, lifecycle, and visibility while meeting performance/SLA targets
Responsibilities (What you’ll do)
Resolve complex incidents and change requests in security, cloud, and network domains; serve as escalation point for Service Desk
Administer O365 workloads (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive) and related security/identity policies.
Maintain monitoring, backup, patching, and configuration baselines across platforms; keep runbooks current.
Collaborate with MDR/SOC providers to triage, respond, and remediate threats; contribute to post‑incident reviews
Document standards/policies and drive adherence (ISO 27001; ITIL incident/change/problem).
Participate in on‑call/maintenance windows and deliver clear stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
Must‑have
Hands‑on experience operating enterprise security controls (MFA, Conditional Access), cloud services (Azure, O365).
Proven track record managing 2nd/3rd‑line incidents and changes; strong documentation and stakeholder communication.
Familiarity with ISO 27001 processes and ITIL service management
Relevant certifications (e.g., AZ‑104/AZ‑305, SC‑200/SC‑300)
Good to have
Networking (LAN/WLAN, SD‑WAN/SASE) skills
Experience with Meraki/Cisco wireless/LAN, SASE/SD‑WAN, EDRs
