The Paid Social Specialist supports the growth of Bugaboo and Joolz by executing, optimizing, and maintaining paid social campaigns across global markets, working closely with the Senior Paid Social Specialist. This includes platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and other emerging paid social channels. Experience working with Smartly.io or similar campaign management and creative automation tools is a strong plus.
This role combines analytical rigor with creative precision to deliver high-performing, on-brand social advertising that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion throughout the customer journey. Operating within the group’s digital ecosystem and brand framework, you leverage data insights to continuously refine performance, maximize ROI, and translate marketing investment into measurable business impact.
The Paid Social Specialist will be part of the Performance Marketing team and report to the Performance Marketing Lead.
What will you do
Execute and support Paid Social strategies: design, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across social channels to achieve traffic, conversion, and revenue targets.
Optimize campaign performance: monitor, analyze, and adjust campaigns based on KPIs, audience behavior, and market trends to maximize ROI and efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally: align with brand, eCommerce, CRM, and analytics teams to ensure paid campaigns are fully integrated into the broader digital ecosystem.
Reporting and insights: deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the Performance Marketing Lead and wider Digital team to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
Drive innovation and testing: identify and pilot new ad formats, audience strategies, and automation opportunities to enhance effectiveness of all paid social efforts.
Manage budgets and forecasting: ensure accurate budget allocation, pacing, and performance reporting across campaigns and markets.
What you will bring to the table
You have at least 3–5 years of experience in Paid Social and are comfortable managing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Reddit.
Experience with Smartly.io or similar campaign management and creative automation tools is a strong plus.
You are data-driven and performance-focused, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
You are well organised and able to manage multiple campaigns and markets simultaneously.
You have fluent English language skills as Bugaboo is an international company.
You relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people and gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticity.
You are used to working independently and know how to apply your business knowledge to support the organisation’s goals. You consistently deliver results and build strong stakeholder relationships while keeping a customer-first mindset.
