Your role at Bugaboo
As a Senior Product Data & Content Specialist you will translate data into inspirational and commercially driven content for bugaboo.com and joolz.com.
You will be in charge of creating and optimizing product detail pages, and analyzing their performance to increase set KPIs. As PIM owner, you will ensure that all product data is accurate and consistent for both websites. You will also contribute to enhancing the end-to-end customer journey across our e-commerce platforms as part of the Growth Content Team.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in delivering the digital roadmap, implementing SEO initiatives, running A/B-tests and launching new projects that will contribute to the overall success of our digital business. You will report into the Senior Growth Content Manager.
What will you do?
Successfully launch products across all categories for both, bugaboo.com and joolz.com
Drive the full experience of our product detail pages (PDP), as well as some other onsite touchpoints
Own and maintain the Product Information Management (PIM) data, to ensure all product attributes are accurate and consistently structured
Analyze performance data and user behaviour to continuously improve our pages and the overall online experience
Help defining a PDP optimization strategy, ensuring it aligns with and contributes to the broader organizational roadmap and priorities
Own the relationship with some external partners, such as for product reviews or user generated content
Play an active role in proposing and prioritizing A/B tests in alignment with our CRO strategy
Work with the Development Team to ensure that all system integrations are aligned and the product data is flowing correctly
Collaborate with our SEO agency, understand the technical requirements and impact across PDP components
What will you bring to the table
You feel confident using data and tools (such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, behavioural analytical tools) to continuously improve our product experience
You have a commercial mindset and can easily make decisions that have an impact on set KPIs
You have excellent communication skills in English and feel comfortable sharing and presenting insights to diverse stakeholders
You have strong stakeholder management skills and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams as well as external partners
You are a great team player with an international mindset who is aware of cultural differences
Experience with Product Information Management systems (Salsify or similar) is a must
Experience with Content Management Systems (Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar) is a must
You have at least 5 years of experience in ecommerce and thrive in its fast changing environment
