Your role at bugaboo

We are looking for a CRM Intern to join our Digital Marketing Team.
Reporting to the CRM Specialist, you’ll support the daily operations of our global email marketing program. You’ll help ensure smooth campaign execution, assist with reporting and insights, and contribute to maintaining our CRM processes and tools.

This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about CRM and digital marketing in an international environment.

The team is open, collaborative, and there is room to develop your skills and bring in innovative ideas.

Email marketing support

· Assist in planning, building and testing emails to ensure quality and consistency across languages and markets.

· Update and organize translation and copy decks for global email campaigns.

· Format and prepare copy for translation and upload into data extensions.

Reporting

· Keep our global CRM performance on track by maintaining a clear and organized overview of all email campaigns, including visual documentation.

· Assist in collecting and updating campaign data to help uncover insights that drive smarter decisions and better results.

Competitor analysis & organization

· Conduct competitor research and compile insights on CRM and email marketing trends.

· Support Email Specialist in managing the CRM campaign archive and maintaining the global email calendar.

What will you bring to the table

· You are currently pursuing bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Communication, Business, or related field. Candidate needs to be enrolled to university for the duration of their internship.

· A strong interest in CRM, email marketing, and digital communication.

· Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

· Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; basic knowledge of HTML or ESPs (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is a plus.

· Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
