Your Mission

As S&OP (Sales and Operational Planning) AI Enablement Intern, you will help transform how our global planning team works. You will experiment with various tools and create real impact by improving productivity and decision-making.

What you will do

Test new AI use cases and bring ideas to life

Use AI (M365 package, etc) to enhance productivity

Automate repetitive processes with Power Automate

Improve planning workflows with data and automation

Work with stakeholders across supply chain and business

Build and / or enhance dashboards in Power BI to support decision-making

Identify quick wins: what could save people time, reduce errors, bring new perspectives, or trigger ideas

About you

Eligibility

- You are available for 5-6 months (preferred start in July / Aug), 3-4 days/week, and are able to work hybrid – min 2 days in our Amsterdam office.

- In-line with the Dutch legislation, your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a School or University for the full duration of the internship. In addition,one of the following must apply:

· You are an EU citizen,

· You are on a Family/Partner visa, or

· You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).

Requirements:

- You are a senior student enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program for the entire duration of the internship, preferably in a Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics or Supply Chain track.

- Fluent Business English language skills, both written and verbal.

- High affinity and some practical knowledge of applying AI, business intelligence tools and data analysis.

- Experience with M365 package preferred.
