Your goal
As a Logistic Coordinator, your mission is to ensure efficient order fulfillment, logistics execution, and 3PL performance management, supporting a smooth order-to-cash process and enabling excellent customer experience across APAC operations.
You are part of the Customer Operations team and report to the Customer Operations Manager APAC.
What will you do
Manage end-to-end customer order processing, ensuring orders are delivered on time and in full
Coordinate shipments with logistics service providers and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
Monitor order status proactively, resolve issues, and maintain smooth order-to-cash processes
Work closely with 3PL partners to track logistics KPIs and ensure efficient warehouse operations
Analyze 3PL data, inventory levels, and warehouse capacity to ensure service performance
Support credit management activities, including monitoring overdue invoices and customer credit status
Verify 3PL invoices and provide monthly accrual data to finance
Support cross-functional projects, including new sales channel setup and process optimization
Handle special orders (direct sales, campaigns, trade fairs, etc.) and manage customer inquiries and complaints
Prepare operational reports for monthly and quarterly reviews
What you will bring to the table
3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations in an international environment
Experience with order management processes and ERP systems
Solid understanding of logistics operations, 3PL management, and warehouse processes
Knowledge of customs clearance processes and working with brokers
Experience in credit management processes is a plus
Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret operational data
Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of Japanese or Korean is a strong plus
Experience working with premium consumer products or retail environments is preferred
