About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who just graduated and would like to gain experience in Recruitment and in the HR field or someone early in their recruitment or HR career who enjoys connecting with people, staying organized, and proactively reaching out to candidates.
The ideal candidate is accurate, communicative, and confident when approaching potential candidates through different channels. You will support the hiring process from contacting candidates to scheduling job interviews and help create the best possible candidate experience!
What will you do
Screen CVs and identify qualified candidates for open positions.
Conduct initial candidate conversations and assess fit, motivation, and experience.
Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling between hiring managers and candidates.
Support the full recruitment process from intake meeting to offer stage.
Write engaging job advertisements and publish them across relevant channels.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within our ATS.
Ensure a professional, positive, and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Help organize and coordinate onboarding days for new hires.
Support new employees during their first weeks to ensure a smooth start.
Contribute to People & Culture initiatives and projects as needed.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable reaching out to and communicating with candidates
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Fluent in English
