About the Role

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Application Administrator to manage, support, and enhance our NetSuite ERP environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both Finance and Operational business processes and be capable of partnering with stakeholders across departments to drive system efficiency, process improvements, and business value.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage, support, and optimize the NetSuite ERP application across the organization.

· Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

· Configure and maintain NetSuite modules, workflows, dashboards, reports, and saved searches.

· Lead ERP enhancement projects, system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.

· Support system integrations, data management, and process automation initiatives.

· Maintain system documentation, governance standards, and best practices.

· Support testing, upgrades, and deployment of new NetSuite functionality.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

· Ensure data integrity, security, and adherence to best practices.

· Identify opportunities to improve business processes and maximize ERP capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in ERP administration, support, or implementation.

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP is a big plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteScript, and third-party integrations.

• Exposure to multi-entity, multi-currency, or global business environments.

• Experience supporting ERP transformation or optimization projects.
